Cyclamate, the chemical name of sodium cyclohexane sulfamate, is a non-nutritive sweetener, its sweetness is 30 to 40 times that of sucrose, and the price is only about 1/3 of sucrose. It does not have a bitter taste like saccharin, so as an international food additive can be used in beverages, fruit juices, ice cream, pastries and preserves
